Stephen L. Liston, M.D.
Biography/Personal Interests
Dr. Liston joined our practice in 1978 after serving in academic posts at the Universities of Missouri and Minnesota and in his native Australia. His research efforts have been chronicled in numerous journals and textbooks. Dr. Liston was honored by his peers as the recipient of the American Academy of Otolaryngology's prestigious "Head and Neck Surgery Honor Award" in 1986.
Though hard-pressed to identify one special area of medical interest, Dr. Liston admits enjoying the many challenges of ENT surgery, and has a special interest in Head and Neck cancer. Yet, his superior surgical skills are contrasted by his easy-going, affable nature and snappy "down under" sense of humor.
Dr. Liston and his family live in nearby Mendota Heights. When not in the office, he enjoys a variety of outdoor family sports including sailing, and snow boarding.
