Medical Receptionist Call Center – Full Time – St. Louis Park
Ear, Nose & Throat Specialty Care of MN is a privately owned practice seeking two professional individuals with exceptional customer service to join our BRAND NEW St. Louis Park office and become a part of our amazing team!
The medical receptionist will provide superior service and is responsible for taking calls in our call center.
This position includes serving as a resource for patients and staff and providing excellent customer service in a professional manner. This position requires critical thinking skills, problem solving skills and a strong work ethic.
Tasks include but are not limited to, scheduling appointments, patient registration, opening new patient accounts, updating established patient accounts, checking referrals. Handling daily clinic flow, high volume calls, and communication with clinic staff.
Our perfect candidate will need to have excellent verbal communication skills, superior customer service, be highly motivated and have a positive and team player attitude. Candidate must be reliable, able to multi-task, have strong computer skills and work independently in a fast paced environment. This position has multiple duties and responsibilities and is perfect for someone who has great organizational skills, pays attention to detail, and enjoys a busy atmosphere.
Qualifications and Abilities:
- 2 years of recent experience in a medical practice
- EMR and Microsoft office experience preferred
- M-F 40 hours per week 8:30a- 5:00p (may require opening/closing of clinic)
- Able to work independently as well as with a team

Ear, Nose & Throat Specialty Care of MN is a privately owned practice with 10 clinics in the metro area, seeking a professional individual with exceptional customer service and nursing experience to become a part of our amazing team!
The LPN/CMA will provide superior service and is responsible for effectively communicating with patients. This position includes serving as a resource for patients and staff providing excellent customer service in a professional manner. This position requires critical thinking skills, problem solving skills and a strong work ethic. Tasks include but are not limited to, scheduling appointments, patient phone calls, referrals, data collection and providing back-up in the clinic.
Our perfect candidate will need to have excellent verbal and written communication skills, superior customer service, be highly motivated and have a positive attitude and be a team player. Candidate must be reliable, able to multi-task, have strong computer skills and work independently in a fast paced environment. Hours: 8:30AM to 5:00PM
Essential Functions:
- Triage patient phone call from pediatrics to geriatrics
- Provide education and resource referrals
- Document health information
- Demonstrate knowledge and problem solving based on established protocols
- Assist with rooming patients
- Assist with procedures
Qualifications and Abilities:
- Current MN LPN license without restrictions OR Certified Medical Assistant
- Minimum 2 years medical clinic experience required
- EMR experience required
- Self-motivated and extremely reliable
- Organized and able to prioritize
- Able to work independently as well as with a team
