How do I find my username/password?

From the login screen select ‘trouble logging in’, there is an option for ‘forgot username’ and ‘forgot password.’ Either option will send an email to the email address we have on file with instructions to reset.

Can I link my family’s Patient Portal accounts in the Healow app?

Yes!  You can add multiple accounts through the Healow app.  In the app tap your profile picture in the upper left corner. Select ‘Link Another Account’ > Select Relationship Type > Enter demographic information > Enter practice code: AACCCA > ENTSC should appear, confirm ‘this is my practice’ > Lastly, enter in the Patient Portal credentials.

I already have a Healow account with another practice. Can I add ENTSC to my existing Healow app?

Yes! You can add multiple accounts through the Healow app.  In the app tap your profile picture in the upper left corner. Can I update my email address?

Yes, login to the patient portal HERE. Go to ‘My Account’ > ‘Personal Information’ and update any changes.

Can I schedule an appointment through the Patient Portal or Healow app?

You can schedule your appointments through the Healow app or our website HERE.

Does the Patient Portal have my office visit notes?

The Patient Portal has your visit summary notes. If you need additional medical records, please contact our medical records department at 952-236-1691 or medicalrecords@entsc.com

I received an email that I have a message in the Patient Portal, but I don’t remember signing up for a Patient Portal?

When you disclose your email address you are automatically signed up for the Patient Portal.  You can unenroll from further notifications by unsubscribing from our emails or by contacting portalhelp@entsc.com. Please be aware this will unsubscribe you from all email contact, including appointment confirmations and reminders.
